Please tell us the date of your event (If you know this), the approximate number of guests & what is the format i.e. seated served dinner, buffet or cocktail style.
Have you thought about what type of furniture and lighting you would like? Do you need flooring, heating or portable toilets? Do you need space for a bar, a band and a dancefloor?
Tell us as much and as specific information as you can so we can work on the quote for you based on your actual needs.

Yes, we can – charges may apply depending on the location.

Yes if the marquee cannot be secured using large pegs then we can bring with us large concrete weights to secure it instead. Charges apply for this.

Yes we have lots of lovely clear window walls and clear gable infills so the stunning views can be part of the experience and to enable natural light during the day.

The size of the marquee will depend on how many guests you want to have, what the format is and what other items that you would like to have inside the marquee. Once we understand this we will advise in our opinion what size is best suited for your special event.

Normally the period of hire is based on a minimum of 4 Days – The installation day, a day for you to do your own theming etc, the event day & the dismantle day. Longer hire periods are not uncommon and can be quoted accordingly.

Yes, the NZ Building Code states that for any Marquee Installed that is OVER 100 square meters in size then a building consent is required. We can take care of this for you and we simply include the costs in our quotations. Or you are welcome to source your own building consent and we can assist you with the relevant information.

A Bond is not required but in line with our terms and conditions we will charge for broken, damaged, missing or soiled items back to you at the completion of the hire.
We do however ask for a non-refundable 30% deposit upon confirmation of our services. The balance of your payment is then required 10 days prior to us installing/delivering the marquee and or equipment.

We would recommend you confirm your marquee booking as soon as possible. This is to ensure our availability for your event date/s. Typically the summer months in the New Zealand event industry are very busy and it is not unusual to have bookings up to 2 or more years in advance.
