The first step after receiving a corporate event enquiry is to plan a meeting with you and your company to get an overview of what you are celebrating and what you would like to achieve. Ideally if there is a marquee required, we would also view the intended marquee site.

Following our site visit to your venue, we will start piecing together all the elements required to then create and present an estimate of costs to deliver the overall event based on the brief provided.

Leading up to your event, our team will be on-site installing your marquee, making sure everything we are providing is in place and ready to go. After your event and at an agreed time and date we’ll be back to take it all apart again, and leave your venue as we found it. Making your corporate marquee hire hassle free from start to finish, always.
